Once the commissioning / energy plan is identified, CSM Energy Solutions will be responsible for fully constructing, testing and ensuring that the implementation process will be quality-oriented in order to achieve, verify and document the performance of the facility systems and that the assemblies meet the defined objectives and criteria.

E-flow technology was designed with efficiency and performance in mind. While most hydronic control systems rely solely on pressure as the input to control the flow of water to a building, E-flow uses energy demand as the primary control variable. Recognizing that thermal demand relies on both the volume flow and temperature of the fluid, E-flow is able to provide a more universal mechanism that is a major improvement on pressure based control schemes. Through its algorithm E-flow continuously calculates and generated input without the need for expensive pressure sensors or flow meters.
The patented E-flow system is a cost effective and energy efficient control option. It eliminates over-pumping, optimizes instant energy delivery to a system or load, and minimizes electric and/or thermal energy waste. Simply put, it’s re-defining how hydronic control systems should run.

The City of Dearborn launched an initiative for designing and installing comprehensive HVAC renovations for the City of Dearborn, Michigan in 2017. The objective was to transform the City’s 80-acre building complex on Michigan Avenue across from the Ford World Headquarters into a world class, energy efficient, and sustainable municipal building campus. The City is investing significant amounts of capital and resources into upgrading HVAC and energy consuming systems to the most current technology, as well as the thermal and electric infrastructure throughout the half million-square-foot campus of 6 buildings, which include:
